OUR EXPERTISE

Training

Having well trained employees is necessary in any emergency response. Anyone can open a plan and follow steps but having staff knowledgeable in effectively coordinating an incident management team is key in ensuring the best outcome following an incident. We offer training to help your employees become well versed in incident command and management.

Plan Design

Developing written plans that have been tested provides you with guidelines to follow during an incident. Effective plans give you direction while offering flexibility to adjust as the incident changes. Exercising, reviewing and updating plans often helps ensure accuracy and that your employees are familiar with how to respond. We help you write the plans, test them through exercises and update them regularly.

Hazard and Threat Analysis

Conducting a thorough hazard and threat analysis is the cornerstone of a good preparedness program. Identifying risks and evaluating the degree of consequences helps improve your level of preparedness, how you respond and subsequently, your outcome following an incident or event. We walk you through the analysis and help you mitigate those risks to reduce the impact of the incident or event.

Exercise Design and Implementation

Having a documented plan is just one step in preparing your staff for an emergency. Plans need to be thoroughly assessed by conducting balanced exercises. Exercises not only help identify gaps within the plans, but they also help your employees better understand how to respond when an incident occurs. Our team has developed and conducted a wide variety of exercises, tabletop to full-scale, simple to complex.
